Refund Policy

Class Painter is operated by Creation Creatures LLC.

Free trial

Class Painter Teacher Mode offers a 60-day free trial with no credit card required. You will not be charged automatically when the trial ends. You may choose to purchase a subscription to continue using paid Teacher Mode features.

Annual subscription

Teacher Mode costs $25 USD per year. Paid annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. The price and billing details are shown at checkout.

14-day refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 14 calendar days after any Class Painter subscription payment, including your initial purchase and annual renewals. Requests are reviewed individually and submitting a request does not guarantee approval. There is no fee to request a refund.

To request a refund, email support@classpainter.com within 14 days of the payment. Include the email address associated with your Class Painter account and the payment date, if known. Do not send credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information by email.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your payment provider. A full refund may end paid Teacher Mode access before the current billing period ends. Partial refunds do not automatically end paid access.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through the Stripe-hosted billing portal accessible from your Class Painter account. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, so you can continue using paid Teacher Mode until then. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund a previous payment; please email us within the 14-day refund window if you also want a refund.
